Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7/10/2026

1. Introduction

Networker ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with when you use our Windows application and website.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate our services:

  • Account information: your email address, provided when you sign up with email or through Google sign-in.
  • Hardware ID (HWID): a hashed identifier derived from non-personally identifiable hardware components, used solely to bind and verify your license to one machine.
  • License & device activity: your license status and the IP address seen at activation and last use, kept on your license record for security and abuse prevention.
  • IP address: logged temporarily by our servers for security, rate limiting, and delivery auditing.
  • Payment information: processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation of payment and an order reference, but we do not receive or store your full card details.
  • Usage data: we do not track your browsing history, game activity, or personal files.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • Create and manage your account and validate your software license.
  • Deliver optimization presets and provide automatic updates.
  • Process your purchase and provide support.
  • Protect our services from fraud, abuse, and license sharing.

Preset data delivered to your app carries a per-license watermark. This lets us trace leaked configurations back to the account they were issued to; it does not track your activity.

4. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure our site. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

We keep account and license data for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Security and rate-limiting logs are kept only for a short period. You may request deletion of your account and associated data.

6. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted transport (SSL/TLS), signed license and preset data, and restricted server-side access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page.
