Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Networker application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase or use the Service. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with all laws that apply to you.

3. License

Subject to these Terms and payment of the applicable fee, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Networker for your own personal use.

• Each license is bound to a single Windows machine via a hardware identifier (HWID).
• You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, share, resell, or otherwise transfer your license or license key to any other person.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, tamper with, or attempt to circumvent the licensing, signing, or protection mechanisms of the Service, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
• We may issue a device re-bind at our discretion (for example, if you change hardware); repeated or abusive re-bind attempts may be refused.

4. Payment & Refunds

Networker is sold as a one-time purchase for lifetime access on one machine. Payments are processed by third-party providers (Stripe for card payments and NowPayments for cryptocurrency). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

Because the Service is a digital product delivered immediately, all sales are final and payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will review your case in good faith.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Distribute, publish, or leak the Service's files, configurations, or tweak data.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, accounts, or infrastructure.
• Abuse, disrupt, or overload the Service, including its APIs and update infrastructure.

6. What Networker Does

Networker modifies Windows networking and system settings on your device to optimize network performance. These changes affect your operating system. You use the Service at your own risk, and you are responsible for maintaining backups of your system. Results vary depending on hardware, drivers, internet connection, and other factors outside our control, and no specific outcome is guaranteed.

7. Third-Party Games & Services

Networker is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang, Microsoft, or any game publisher or platform. Any game names are the property of their respective owners. You are solely responsible for complying with the terms and anti-cheat policies of any game or service you use, and we are not responsible for any consequence (including account penalties or bans) arising from your use of those services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will produce any particular result.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Networker or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or system availability, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or revoke your license and access to the Service if you breach these Terms, including sharing or leaking your license, attempting to circumvent protections, or abusing the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including licensing restrictions, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will survive.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted on this page, and your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
